Cravely is a premium food delivery mobile application that connects customers with local restaurants and cloud kitchens. It features real-time order tracking from preparation to doorstep, AI-powered meal recommendations based on order history and dietary preferences, and a restaurant partner portal for inventory and staff management.

The Challenge

Existing food delivery apps offered a generic browsing experience with unreliable ETAs, causing high cart abandonment rates and low repeat-order engagement.

Our Solution

Built a microservices-based mobile app with a live order tracking engine using WebSockets, and an AI recommendation model trained on behavioral data to surface the most relevant meals at peak order times.
